Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you of a breakthrough in the search for a solution to the Aids pandemic and other auto-immune syndromes such as Sickle cells and Diabetes Mellitus. In Uganda alone he has treated 18,000 patients with an 80% success rate.
