How to Order                                    |International Shipping|

We are currently able to ship books, CDs, VHS videos to international addresses. However, Standard Shipping can be used only for books; orders containing other products must be sent via WorldMail or International Priority. Additionally, there is a good likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages shipped. When will my order arrive?*		* Packages sent via standard shipping go by surface mail, not airmail. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2 to 4 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the United Kingdom, 6 to 8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks Brazil, to name a few.

When Will My Order Arrive?

To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the
shipping option you select.

If you select Standard Shipping for shipments, your shipping time will be 7 to 84 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 7 to 84 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 8 to 85 days after you place your order. Remember we are situated in the Netherlands and our items are exclusive. We make great efforts to get these books to your doorstep therefore we need your patience.

Our prices first appear in Euro. Once your order has been processed the total amount will be shown to you in US$.

What if my order includes several items with different availability's?

You should use the longest availability time in your order. That's because, unless you choose "Ship as items become available" on our order form, multiple item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.)
